Following the trial of a variety of different learning initiatives, an independent evaluation report confirms the West of England Academic Health Science Network is uniquely placed to formally establish an academy for the West of England that provides CPD opportunities for staff to develop knowledge and skills in the practical application of Improvement science and tools.

Please help us to develop plans for a sustainable approach that can support you and your colleagues to improve services that deliver better patient care and patient experience, by completing these four short questions.

Question Title

* 1. We are planning to design a 3 step education pathway to build knowledge and practical experience in the use of Improvement science and tools to help staff to deliver higher levels of safe and effective care for patients, from beginners through to experts, from single clinicians to boards and health systems. The aim is to get the learning programme formally accredited and eligible for CPD points:
