For people with serious mental health conditions, finding sustainable, quality employment can be a challenge. Whether that employment is in the mental health system of care, or in the general community, there are assumptions, misunderstandings, and fixed attitudes that keep people with mental health conditions from finding fulfilling work.

CAFE TAC is working to bridge the gap between people with lived experience of mental health conditions and employers of all kinds. Because we always put the real-world experience of the people we serve at the center of the conversation, we want to start with you!
