2026 GCAAR Annual Awards nomination

Do you know a GCAAR colleague who deserves to be recognized for their hard work and dedication to the industry or community? Please tell us! We're currently seeking nominations for our GCAAR Annual Awards. (Self-nominations are also welcome.)

Simply provide the nominee's name, select the nomination category and provide a few paragraphs (250 words or fewer) with details about why the candidate should win. If you have additional details about the nominee's background, and/or supporting materials that you feel would help with the nomination, please include that information as well.

The deadline to receive all GCAAR Annual Award nominations is Sunday, June 14. Winners will be announced in late summer.
AWARD CATEGORIES

REALTOR® of the Year

Awarded to one GCAAR primary member who has provided continuous, dedicated service to enhance the quality of their profession and their REALTOR® associations.

Rookie of the Year
Awarded to one newer GCAAR primary member who has provided continuous, dedicated service to enhance the quality of their profession and their REALTOR® associations. To qualify as a “rookie,” applicants must have been a REALTOR® for three years or fewer.

Good Neighbor Award
Presented to one GCAAR primary, emeritus or affiliate member who has made a significant difference as a volunteer for a local nonprofit organization by dedicating their time, financial resources and/or professional knowledge for the good of the community. The volunteer work does not need to be focused on real estate or housing. The work must have been conducted primarily within the past 12 months.

Affiliate of the Year
The GCAAR Affiliate of the Year honor is awarded to one GCAAR affiliate member who has provided continuous, dedicated service to enhance the quality of the real estate industry and their REALTOR® association. The work must have been conducted primarily within the past 12 months.
