Green Bandana Project - Intention to Participate in One-Hour Training!
This form provides QR code link for "signing up" (intention to attend a 60 minute training) for joining the Green Bandana Project on a Select Date. All trainings currently will be in Stark Learning Center, SLC130, at 5 PM on a given date offered (alternating Tues and Thurs). You would attend ONE training date of your choice to earn membership in the GBP (we do an orientation to the GBP) and certification (for QPR bystander training credentialing - a part of the GBP process focusing on mental health awareness and suicide prevention) for this training. The Green Bandana Project training dates currently are as follows: In September, select Tuesdays or Thursdays including the 10th, 15th, 24th, and 29th, AND THEN in October - the 8th and the 13th. You only need to attend one; all in SLC 130 at 5 PM.
