OLDER ADULTS’ COMMUNITY SCAN – 55+
The Town of Devon is seeking your input and feedback regarding the services that are currently provided for those over the age of 55 in Devon, to give us a broader understanding of the situation for our older residents. We are also specifically looking to gain further insight into the housing needs of our seniors, so that section is longer and has some targeted questions.
This is anonymous unless you enter your name at the end for a $50 food card draw.
Any personal information provided (which is optional at the end of this survey) is collected in accordance with Section 3 of the Municipal Government Act and Section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) and is protected by FOIP. If you have any questions about the collection and use of your information, contact the FOIP Coordinator at 780-987-8300.
