CII Watts Campus Room Reservation Application

Please fill out the form below to request a space at CII's Watts Campus (10200 Success Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90002). A CII staff member will get back to you with a reservation confirmation or follow-up questions within 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS. All reservations are on a first come, first served basis.

CII requires a  minimum of 2 weeks’ notice prior to the reservation date. You may reserve 3 months in advance.

You will abide by CII's Health & Safety policies as directed by CII's front desk staff, and you will ensure your event attendees will abide by this policy. Failure to comply with CII’s Health & Safety policies could lead to the cancellation of your reservation.

You will be held responsible for any damage to our neighbors' property incurred by activities/attendees of your event.

Your designated representative will arrive 30 minutes prior to the event and will be responsible for welcoming attendees.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may lose your reservation.

If you no longer need the room you have reserved, you will notify CII Staff at roomreservationSPA6@childrensinstitute.org to cancel your reservation with at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled event.

Additional documentation may be required prior to the approval of your reservation.

CII reserves the right to cancel the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
