COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
  • All attendees are expected to be fully vaccinated and must email a copy of their vaccination status to Rebecca.kelly@internationalsos.com no later than a week prior to the meeting. Attendees must be fully vaccinated to attend.
  • PCR test must be taken 48 hours prior to departure date with the results emailed to Rebecca Kelly. This is a requirement for participation in the meeting.
  • Rapid tests will be provided by the ICHLC to each member upon arrival at the Grand America Hotel (in an arrival packet at the front desk). All attendees must take a rapid test after check-in and each morning before the meeting (Day 1 & Day 2). Anyone recording a positive test must immediately declare the result to Robert Quigley, executive chairman, who in turn will inform only those council members whom may have had a possible exposure and the potential need for any further actions. Any positively tested member will not be able to participate in the event.
  • Masks are required during Day 1 & Day 2 meetings and ALL social events (except during eating/drinking).
  • Social distancing will be practiced throughout the 2-day meeting.
