The 2nd Annual Winter Activities Fair is coming!

Calling all student organizations and offices!

The purpose of the fair is to assist student organizations with the promotion of their group's activities and mission. The Activities Fair also provides student groups with the opportunity to recruit new members into their respective organizations.

If your organization is interested in participating in the activities fair, please rsvp by Friday, January 25, 2013 using this online application.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact the Student Activities Board at sab@mail.uc.edu

* 1. Please Provide the appropriate information as listed below

* 2. Will your student organization need electricity? (please note that we can only guarantee electricity to the first 10 student organizations that apply for the fair)

* 3. Please provide a brief description of your student organization's activity that will be featured at your table

* 4. By submitting this information you are confirming your student organization's participation in the Annual Wellness/Fall Activities Fair that will take place on Wednesday, January 30, 2013.

If your group is unable to participate in the fair you must notify the Student Activities Board External Vice-President at least 72 hours prior to the event at sab@mail.uc.edu.

All no-shows without notification will prohibit your student organization from participating in future activities fairs.
