Welcome!
This survey was developed in partnership with CAMH and Community Head Injury Resource Services (CHIRS). The purpose of this survey is to help us gain an understanding of current knowledge on issues with mental health, addictions, and brain injury, and to know what education or resources you need to better support individuals with these complex needs.
This survey will help us modify or create educational resources and opportunities for health professionals working in the areas of mental health, addictions, and brain injury. Future activities will be open to professionals provincially.
The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete and it is completely anonymous.
