The West Cook YMCA is happy to announce we are re-launching our yoga program.  As a way to express our appreciation for our members support and commitment, Yoga will be offered complementary through the rest of calendar year 2021.  Registration is required and we will ensure all classes meet social distance requirements.  We will be offering different styles of yoga that include: Restorative, Vinyasa Flow, and Hatha.

To help us curate this experience, we are reaching out to our past yoga participants, fitness program participants, and members so that we can incorporate your thoughts as we launch our new program.
