Tapia 2026 Student Volunteer Application

The Tapia 2026 Student Volunteer Program provides an excellent opportunity for students to attend the conference, connect with other attendees, and hear from exciting speakers, all while significantly contributing to the conference.

Student Volunteers are essential to the conference as they:

- Assist attendees with conference check-in
- Help attendees navigate the conference space
- Ensure conference sessions run smoothly

- Help ensure attendees have the best conference experience possible

Student Volunteers agree to do the following:

- Attend one mandatory online training session before the conference

- Provide a minimum of 8 volunteer service hours throughout the conference
- Be flexible with availability to ensure proper coverage and volunteer scheduling

Each Student Volunteer will receive a scholarship covering the following:

- Conference Registration

- Meals, as provided by the conference

Travel and hotel expenses are NOT covered
by the scholarship. Therefore, we are seeking students
local to the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Applications for Student Volunteers will be accepted until July 1, 2026.

Decision notification emails will be sent by July 15.

Please note, registration fees will be fully refunded for those who registered prior to being accepted as a Student Volunteer.
