The Quality Special Education Scale (QSES) was designed to deepen schools' understanding of the quality of their special education programming and inclusion. Through its facilitation, school staff and leaders will receive a detailed data report that will foster more effective conversation toward systemic improvements. We are particularly interested in learning more about your parent engagement at your child's school and appreciate your input.

Directions: Complete this survey by reflecting on your experiences with your child's school. If you have more than one student at this school with an IEP, please respond based on the oldest student's experience.  Please only mark one answer per item.  Your responses will be collected anonymously.

Thank you for participating in our survey. Your feedback is essential.
