WCTA Fixed-Route Pittsburgh Riders Survey

With Westmoreland and Allegheny Counties moving into the yellow phase on May 15th, we're asking our Pittsburgh riders for feedback on their future transit needs. 

The safety of our riders and employees is always a top priority. The WCTA is continuing to disinfect buses every day and reviewing reports to ensure each bus has received disinfectant cleaning since the last time it was in service.

Riders are encouraged to practice social distancing and the front seats near the operator have been blocked to keep space between the operators and riders. WCTA is requiring all riders and employees to wear a face mask when on WCTA buses or in WCTA facilities to help protect themselves and others. The WCTA transit center and garage facilities continue to receive daily cleaning and sanitizing.
