This survey is part of an initiative by GBRIA members to gain a better understanding of craft workforce development efforts throughout the industrial corridor. The data collected from this survey is used to:
1) Publish a report (all data is kept confidential and no company information is identifiable from the report data. GBRIA uses the Safe Harbor Guidelines) that will allow plants and contractors to benchmark their craft workforce development efforts in order to work toward continuous improvement.
2) Serve as a basis for selecting companies for a GBRIA Craft Workforce Development Excellence Award.
3) Improve funding programs for workforce development.
