Thank you for attending the 12th World Congress for Nurse Anesthetists held in Glasgow, UK on 13-16 May 2016.
The Certificate of Completion will be available after completing the online evaluation. Each participant is requested to complete this evaluation tool as a way to assess the effectiveness of his/her learning following his/her participation in the conference.
We thank you for your feedback as it is an important part of CE accreditation and helps improve future educational offerings.
Before June 13, 2016:
1. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. Save the certificate to your computer, then fill-in and retain for your personal records.
