Idea: Provide a tool for Members to check the quality of IPv4 addresses.
Rationale - Members will be able to use this tool to check the quality of IPs they intend to receive via transfer. The tool can provide information about: known blacklisting issues, geolocation information, historical information about the addresses, and so on.
