This survey is to collect contact information on volunteers for the door-to-door COVID survey in Columbus, GA on September 28th and 30th. There will be a dry run on September 23 at 4pm and training sessions before the surveys on September 28th and 30th at 4pm. After the training, volunteers will go into the communities to conduct surveys at 4:30 pm. Volunteers will meet on the loading dock behind 2100 Comer Avenue for the dry run and on survey days. All volunteers will be provided a vest during the survey and an emergency preparedness kit to take home as a thanks for their participation.
