Resident Survey

Waterloo and Cedar Falls receive Federal Community Development Block Grant Funds (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program Funds each year.  The communities want you to have a voice in how the money is invested.  Please assist us by filling out this survey.  CDBG funds must meet one of three national objectives: benefit low and moderate income citizens, aid in the elimination of slums and blight, and meet an urgent need.  HOME funds must benefit low and moderate income citizens.

We appreciate your honest input on the needs of our communities.  Please consider each question for your community of residence

Your responses will be completely anonymous. All information collected through this survey is confidential and will be used to provide information for the Consolidated Planning process. Information gathered through the survey will be aggregated (combined) for discussion in the Consolidated Plan document. The Consolidated Plan may quote specific comments made by respondents to highlight certain issues, but the comments will not be used to identify any individual respondent.
For the following questions, consider the needs in your community and how they can be improved.  Rate the need level for each of the following items, with the number "1" being the lowest need and "4" being the highest need.
