2016 Workers' Compensation Education Conference Questions and Answers

Do you want to know more about workers’ compensation fraud? Well, here is your chance to get your questions answered by subject matter experts in the Texas workers’ compensation system.
This year the Texas Workers’ Compensation Education Conference will include two interactive panels- Workers Compensation Fraud and Ask the Division of Workers’ Compensation.
The Workers' Compensation Fraud panel will feature Donna Crosby, Chief of the Workers’ Compensation Fraud Unit for Travis County and Nicole Thornbro, Insurance Fraud Prosecutor for Bexar County, and will be moderated by Teresa Carney, Director of System Monitoring and Oversight for the Division of Workers’ Compensation.
The Ask the Division of Workers’ Compensation panel will feature DWC executive staff.
All panel questions must be submitted in advance and the deadline for submission is Friday, August 19, 2016. All questions will be considered, but due to limited time, not all questions submitted will be answered by conference panelists.
