Elsternwick: Building community

This survey is sponsored by Elsternwick Caulfield South Uniting Church, Elsternwick Toddlers Playgroup and Caulfield South Community House. We want to help strengthen the Elsternwick community by extending the range of programs available from the church buildings at 567 Glen Huntly Rd.

The survey is completely anonymous.

We would like to know the types of programs which would support you, your family and those important to you.
