Jordan's Principle

SAC is committed to advancing equitable access to communication health services for First Nations children across Canada. Jordan’s Principle is a vital federal initiative that aims to ensure First Nations children can access the health, social, and educational supports.

This survey is intended to gather your experiences, insights, and recommendations regarding barriers and enablers to providing care under Jordan’s Principle. Your feedback will help SAC advocate for policy and program improvements, support members with relevant resources, and amplify the needs of Indigenous communities.

This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. All responses will remain confidential.
