  • Population trends (consider population for 3 election cycles)
  • Community access and connections (reflect customary transportation and communication relationships)
  • Geographical and topographical features (easily recognizable, make use of permanent natural features)
  • Community or diversity of interest (recognize community groupings/avoid fragmenting communities of interest)
