2025 Woodlands Bank Everyday Hero Nomination Application

The Woodlands Bank Everyday Hero Award will be presented to a non-paid individual who provides countless hours of volunteerism and support to a local non-profit. Nominated by the non-profit, the individual will not only represent their personal accomplishments and giving, but also provide the Non-Profit with the chance to showcase their efforts throughout the community.

The Woodlands Bank annual community service award is titled Everyday Hero because we, at Woodlands Bank, want to acknowledge and celebrate the efforts of the local, everyday individual that provides your non-profit with unconditional support. This individual will exhibit philanthropic qualities demonstrated by selflessly sharing their passion of bettering your organization and impacting the local community and your cause with good. Below nominate your Everyday Hero, sharing examples about how your nominee has shown passion for your cause through loyalty and volunteerism.

Everyday Hero Selection and Awards Process:

· All Everyday Hero nominations will be reviewed by a panel of judges. They will be tasked with choosing three (3) individuals in which they feel demonstrate the volunteerism qualities of a Woodlands Bank Everyday Hero.
Winners will be chosen by Friday, July 11, 2025 .

· The three (3) selected Everyday Heroes will be recognized for their accomplishment with an award at our Annual Everyday Hero Breakfast.

· The nominating non-profit will be one (1) of three (3) Non-Profits showcased throughout the month of July and will receive a monetary contribution of $2000. Runner-up non-profits will receive a monetary contribution of $200.
