The first and foremost thing we request is YOUR commitment towards your child learning Telugu. 

TeluguBadi is being run by the biggest Telugu organization in the state for the last 15 years and has been instrumental in teaching Telugu to thousands of kids in the area. More details here - http://www.watsweb.org/telugu-badi-details.html

- Minimum Age is 4 years for Level – 0 (Balanandam) - Introduction to alphabets, chitti geetalu, pitta kathalu, neeti kathalu
- Minimum Age for Level 1 is 6 years, No Maximum Age Limit - Aksharalu, Ankelu, matladatam
- Minimum Age for Level 2 is 7 years, No Maximum Age Limit. - Anuvadamulu ( translations from English to Telugu ), Reading basics  
- Minimum age for Level 3 is 8 years, No Maximum Age Limit - read and write sentences, dictation etc. 

- On Popular demand from our parents we are re introducing the suggested donation of 75$ for first kid and 50$ for second kid.
- WATS being a non profit we will be using the donations to creatively reward the students for progress they make in learning Telugu.  
- All classes takes place on Saturdays at all the locations.
- We are not responsible for your child after the time of instruction. We expect kids to be picked up promptly after the class.
- Parents are expected to help their children with homework. This will help your child reach the goals quickly and effectively.
- We provide lesson and homework books for a nominal cost at the beginning of the year. Students are expected to bring these books to every class.
- For effective learning, please make sure your child attends at least 90% of the classes in the academic year.
- Learning to speak any language requires a lot of practice. Parents are requested and expected to speak to students in Telugu as much as possible.
- Parents are encouraged to talk to teachers frequently about the progress of their child’s learning.
