Your student’s/s’ school(s) and the Wichita Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (WAMPO) would like to hear about your thoughts and experiences walking, rolling, and biking to school! This information will support future opportunities to develop Safe Routes to School (SRTS) programs, infrastructure projects, and other potential improvements across the region.
This survey will take about five minutes per student to complete. We ask that your household complete one survey that includes information for all K-12 students in the household and their associated schools. This will require the completion of multiple surveys for each student (up to six students). Your responses are confidential, and neither your name nor your student’s/s’ name(s) will be associated with any results.
Our goal is to get input from a wide range of individuals. To understand who is participating in this survey, we are also collecting demographic information. These questions are optional; however, by answering, you will help us understand who we heard from.
