Participation in a Compliance & Ethics Training Research Study

* You are invited to take part in a research study to evaluate the effects of two different methods of training on the topic of pharmaceutical sales compliance and ethics. The researcher is inviting pharmaceutical sales representatives between the ages of 21 and 65 currently working in a US sales region, to be in the study. This form is part of a process called “informed consent” to allow you to understand this study before deciding whether to take part.

Background Information: The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of two different compliance training methods on your ability to identify and judge situations that may be considered unethical or illegal in the pharmaceutical sales profession, and your intentions to speak-up if you become aware of an unethical activity. This is an experimental study. You will be assigned to either a group viewing five educational videos, or a group viewing five online learning modules.
