This survey is conducted by the Washington State Historical Society (WSHS) Heritage Outreach Program.  

Information gathered from the survey will inform the development of services and support for heritage organizations across the State. 

We expect it will take 20-30 minutes to complete the survey.  Please submit just one survey per organization.  It is important that the survey is completed by a staff member or volunteer with detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, finances, collections and programming.  

We know that the current public health and economic crisis has profoundly impacted many organizations.  We ask that you complete the survey based on 2019 data so that we can attempt to get a sense of our statewide heritage community prior to COVID-19 and then circle back in a few months with a short survey to determine impact.
