  • The meeting will kick-off at 12:45pm on Thursday, Oct 15th, immediately following the family lunch buffet at 11:45am.
  • WAC pays for your rooms Oct 14th & 15th.
  • If you'd like to extend your stay, the hotel will honor our contracted rate of $269+tax.
