Aquatic 10 Visit Pass Existing expiry date extended by 6 months from the date the pool re opens, additional 2 passes added. A full refund of the remaining passes, administration fee waived. At time of pool closure, if member does not indicate preferred option, option#1 will be applied.
Aquatic 1, 3 or 12 month membership Remaining duration of the membership from the date of closure, honoured from the re-opening date, plus an additional 2 weeks added. A refund of the remaining duration value, administration fee waived. At time of pool closure, if member does not indicate preferred option, option#1 will be applied.
Aquatic Direct Debit membership Membership will cease on the date of the closure. NIL The last direct debit payment will be 6 weeks prior to the closure, members can still access the pool during this time. Member can choose to sign back up once the pool re opens.
Combo Direct Debit membership Membership will cease on the date of the closure. NIL The last direct debit payment will be 6 weeks prior to the closure, members can still access the pool and gym during this time. Member can choose to sign back up to the gym only if they would like to continue as a gym member. The member can choose to add the combo membership back on once the pool re opens.
Combo 1, 3 or 12 month membership Down grade membership to a gym membership for the remainder of the duration the membership is valid, plus an additional 2 weeks added. A full refund of the difference between a gym and combo membership. At time of pool closure, if member does not indicate preferred option, option#1 will be applied.
