WACAC 2025: Envisioning the Future

A strategic plan is a formalized roadmap that describes where an organization is going, and how it’s going to get there. After years of growth in membership, programming, and financial reserves, the WACAC Executive Committee seeks to create a strategic plan to focus organizational energy and resources for the future.
