HubSpot coined and pioneered the inbound marketing philosophy. Over the years, the HubSpot ecosystem has grown to the point where it now includes other go-to-market strategies like outbound. 

The purpose of this survey is to capture the state of outbound in the HubSpot ecosystem in 2023/2024. 

Our aim is to understand the extent to which sales and marketing teams are using outbound, what’s working and what’s not, and how they are coordinating outbound with other growth motions. 
 
In this survey, outbound is any effort to reach a prospect not expecting it. It is a proactive effort to initiate a conversation.

Survey Structure
