Using Hanu Health to Monitor Stress Management & Mental Wellness

Hanu Health is a health technology company designed to help individuals live fulfilled and meaningful lives. We believe this starts by understanding how stress impacts mental and physical well-being. At Hanu, we do not believe that the focus and result should be an avoidance of stress or an attempt to not experience stress. Instead, we see stress as an opportunity—a chance to learn and build resilience, and this is all done through the continuous monitoring of key biometrics linked to the human stress response.

Biometrics give us a real-time picture of an individual’s mental health. Our continuous tracking provides a complete report on an individual's stress response, including when an individual is experiencing stress, which factors contribute to their overall stress level, what exercises are most effective at triggering relaxation, and more.

We are interested to see how Hanu Health can assist FMRT in providing tools to best support our public safety professionals and other safety-sensitive occupations. Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey so we can get a feel for your interest level in incorporating the Hanu system into your practices to ensure the mental wellness of our most valuable community members; the protectors.
