2024 Professional Mentorship Program Mentor Application

WCM’s Mentorship Program has provided more than 1000 women and gender diverse financial market professionals with access to formal mentorship relationships.

This program pairs women and gender diverse mentees with mentors from outside of their firm for a 12-month period. With a mentor’s support and guidance, mentees establish career goals, discuss strategies to overcome challenges, benefit from the mentor’s knowledge and experience and extend their network. For mentors, the program is equally rewarding as it is an opportunity to coach, motivate, empower and contribute to diversity and inclusion by setting up women and gender diverse future leaders for success.

Note: Before continuing please ensure you have reviewed and meet the criteria for the program outlined on the WCM website. This program is open to participants across Canada.

*Please Note: It is not mandatory to be a WCM Member if you want to participate as a mentor in this program.

Thank you for completing your 2024 WCM Mentorship Program Mentor Application Form. You will be notified if your application was successful in late December 2023 and the program will begin in January 2024.
