Relief for Socio-economically Vulnerable Families Affected by Covid-19 Crisis

Expression of Interest (EoI)

As India continues the lockdown to curb the COVID pandemic, the livelihood of economically backward families has been affected and they are unable to meet the basic necessities of food.

Through resources committed by various donor organizations, CHAI can partially support around 1500 families for six months with a food kit costing about nine hundred rupees per month.

This support will be conditional to signing of the MoUs and transfer of the committed money by the funding partners. For this socio-economic support, Expression of Interest (EoIs) are invited from Institutions.

CHAI plans to partner with around 15-20 Institutions for the field-level implementation. CHAI will reimburse the expenses incurred by the Institutions for purchase of relief kits through direct fund transfer into the bank account of the vendors.

The Institutions that are interested to become part of this endeavour are requested to submit the filled-in Form by 12th May, 2020
