Whenever Bethlehem chooses to return to in-person worship services, Sunday morning will look very different from what it once did. Before completing this survey, please be sure to read the letter from the transition committee outlining the proposed/required changes. These include the use of masks, social distancing, no singing, no food/coffee or sharing of the peace, possible temperature checks, and significant changes to our communion practices. Please keep these realities in mind as you take this survey. The survey is intended to help the transition committee and Council have a better understanding of the congregation's readiness to move back to in-person worship. Please note: Whenever Bethlehem returns to in-person worship, we will continue to offer an online and telephone live stream of the service for those who are not yet comfortable returning.

Thank you for your time and participation.
