Nobody deserves to live with a pest infestation. Whether you’ve treated pests in someone’s home or lived with an infestation yourself, your experience can help us make the case for better protections.
British Pest Control Association (BPCA) is gathering case studies to inform our response to the consultation on extending Awaab’s Law in England and our wider housing policy work across the UK.
We want to understand what happened, how it affected the people living there, and what helped or prevented the problem being resolved. Experiences of both successful action and unresolved infestations can show policymakers what needs to change.
Please keep your case study anonymous. Do not include names, exact addresses or other details that could identify anyone involved.
How will your data be used? You can complete this survey anonymously. BPCA will not share information that identifies you or your company with third parties.
Please leave out names, exact addresses or other details that could identify residents, clients or anyone else in your case study.
