Getting Feedback: On returning to in-person events

1.As of September 29, large meetings are allowed to take place in King County. Proof of vaccination, or a recent negative COVID test, and use of masks are required.

Generally speaking, how willing are you to participate in an indoor conference with up to 1,000 attendees if that event were held today under the guidelines above.
2.We plan to hold our 2022 Washington State of Reform Health Policy Conference in January. We expect the event to be in person, require proof of vaccination or recent negative test, and require use of masks. We will follow all public health mandates.

By January, do you believe you will feel comfortable attending a conference with up to 1,000 attendees at the Westin Seattle with proper vaccination, distancing and protocols in place?
3.Have you been fully vaccinated yet, or do you intend to become fully vaccinated by July 1st?
4.If we limited the total number of in-person attendees to 200, would you be more or less likely to join this event in-person?
5.We are considering offering a hybrid option for attendees, where one could choose to either be in person or join us virtually. We could provide the flexbility to change the type of participation up to 14 days before the conference, but it would mean higher rates for everyone of about 5-10%. It would also mean the in-person attendance would be lower, reducing the networking value for those registrants.

Knowing this, would you recommend an all in-person event, an all virtual event, or a hybrid event?
