Use this form to share your milestone with us! Once submitted, our team will review your request to ensure it meets OBOT’s recognition criteria, and we’ll follow up to confirm how we can best celebrate your achievement.

Please review the eligibility criteria below ahead of submitting. We require a minimum 3 weeks’ notice for milestone recognition requests.

Eligible Milestones
  • Business Anniversaries: 5-year increments only (e.g., 5, 10, 15, 20 years)
  • Expansions: New location, facility expansion, or new business line of significant scale
  • Major Awards/Accreditations: Regional, provincial, national, or international recognition
  • Leadership Transitions: New CEO/president or generational succession in family-owned businesses
  • Mergers or Acquisitions: If member is acquirer or undergoes significant organizational change
Ineligible Milestones
  • Minor rebrands (logo/website)
  • New hires or internal promotions
  • Routine contract wins
  • Personal achievements not tied to the business
  • Small-scale renovations or relocations without strategic impact
