Terms & Conditions of Stagetext Subtitling Quality Survey Give Away

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Stagetext. The “Prize” refers to one (1) one-hundred-pound sterling (£100) Love2Shop Voucher. The “Promotion Period” refers to the period from 23:00, BST on 22 09 2025 until 23:00, BST on 22 10 2025.
By entering the Give Away you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 23:00, BST on 21 10 2025. One (1) winner in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland will be selected at random by The Promoter on 22 10 2025 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
Eligibility: Open to residents in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland aged eighteen (18) years or older. Paid employees and Trustees of The Promoter directly connected to the administration, promotion, or management of the Give Away and their immediate families (being a person’s parents, spouses, siblings and children), are not eligible to enter the Stagetext Subtitling Quality Survey Give Away and any entries made by such persons will be void.
How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the Give Away. Only one entry per person per Give Away will be accepted. Each entrant shall enter the Give Away within the Promotion Period by (1) completing the Stagetext Subtitling Quality Survey on the relevant platform (2) providing their email address to opt-in to participating in the Stagetext Subtitling Quality Survey Give Away. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organisations will be disqualified.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) one-hundred-pound sterling (£100) Love2Shop Voucher. Only one prize per person per household will be awarded. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. The Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Terms and Conditions is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason.
Winner Selection: The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered the Stagetext Subtitling Quality Survey Give Away using a random number generator within the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted on 22 10 2025 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the entry information. A potential winner must accept a prize by email as directed by The Promoter within 72 hours of notification. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or the potential Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The name, email address, and confirmation of eligibility of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
Liability: The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered the Stagetext Subtitling Quality Survey Give Away using a random number generator. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, incorrect, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
