2021 RADM Michael Fellowship Application |

Application
We welcome your application for the 2021 RADM Michael Fellowship award. This fellowship provides funding for a dues-paying COA member at the rank of O-4 and below in the USPHS Commissioned Corps. The program covers tuition and fees associated with obtaining either a Certificate in Global Health (12 credits) or a Certificate in Principles of Public Health (14 credits) from the University of Maryland. To apply for the RADM Michael Fellowship, applicants must first have applied for, and been accepted, as a non-degree seeking student at the University of Maryland. The selected recipient will be expected to begin the program during the Fall term (August 2021) and complete the certificate program in 12 months.
