2022 Nomination Form for Resident Volunteer Recognition Event

You know what matters in your community and whose work is making a difference. This is the opportunity to recognize them at the Annual Volunteer Recognition Event on Wednesday December 7, 2022! The decision about what work to honor is yours, as is the decision on how to select awardees.

Every community in Seattle Housing Authority may choose up to two people to receive awards OR if you opt to nominate a group, you may choose only one group. Award recipients must live in a Seattle Housing Authority community.
