We invite you to answer this very short survey to tell us what you think about Te whai hua – kia ora, or about financial capability in general.

Ko Te whai hua – kia ora tētahi hōtaka kua tuhia ki te reo Māori hei rauemi mō te whakaako a ngā kura i te moni ki ngā ākonga. Ko te Rangahau Mātauranga o Aotearoa tētahi whakahaere rangahau motuhake, ā, ko tāna he aromātai i Te whai hua – kia ora mō Te Ara Ahunga Ora e whakahaere ana i te hōtaka. Te whai hua - kia ora is a Māori medium programme kura can use to teach ākonga about money. NZCER, an independent research organisation, is evaluating Te whai hua - kia ora for Te Ara Ahunga Ora Retirement Commission who run the programme. They use the reports NZCER writes to improve the programme.

  • Ki te whakaputa koe i te ingoa o tō kura, ka tukua atu te ingoa ki Te Ara Ahunga Ora, kia mōhio ai rātou ki te tatauranga o ngā kura e whakamahi ana i Te whai hua – kia ora.
Here’s what you need to know:
  • The survey will take 3-5 minutes to complete.
  • The survey is voluntary and anonymous
  • We only ask you to provide your own name and email address if you’d like to go on the Te whai hua – kia ora database or enter prize draw at the end. If you do, your details will be kept separate from your survey responses.
  • If you provide the name of your kura, this information will be given to Te Ara Ahunga Ora Retirement Commission so they know how many kura use Te whai hua – kia ora.
