The City of Bothell considers diversity, equity, and inclusion to be both aspirational and operational. We know that a diversity, equity, and inclusion statement that is not accompanied by transformative action is a disservice to our community and as such, we have outlined some of the many steps that the City of Bothell is taking to create a community of trust and respect, in which we can all prosper. The 2023-2026 DEIB Roadmap has provided tangible steps that the City can take to work towards a more equitable environment to live, learn, and work.
This survey will be used to gain feedback on your interactions in the city of Bothell through work, home, and recreation. This feedback will be used to make adjustments to our current Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Roadmap for the future as well as gain insight into the needs of those in our community and how we can best serve them.
