House of Possibilities (HOPe) is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate respite care to families in need. However, we have noticed a decline in demand for our services since the COVID-19 pandemic. To better understand the current needs of caretakers and ensure that HOPe's respite services are meeting the needs of the community, we are conducting this survey.
Who should complete this survey
Please complete one survey for each child with disabilities that you care for. The survey should be completed by the primary caretaker.
