Program Overview: The tHRive HR Fundamentals Cohort is a structured learning experience designed for Executive Directors and Senior Leaders of small to mid-sized nonprofits looking to enhance their understanding of HR and people practices. Facilitated by Block & Associates, the 2026 curriculum provides twice monthly Zoom workshops, comprehensive tools, and individual HR coaching to build confidence and competency in HR fundamentals.
