Program Overview: The tHRive HR Fundamentals Cohort is a structured learning experience designed for Executive Directors and Senior Leaders of small to mid-sized nonprofits looking to enhance their understanding of HR and people practices. Facilitated by Block & Associates, the 2026 curriculum provides twice monthly Zoom workshops, comprehensive tools, and individual HR coaching to build confidence and competency in HR fundamentals.
Application Process: Your responses to this application will help us better understand your current HR management and what you are hoping to gain from the series to help us identify the best fit.
