Arbor Health Focus Group |
Thank you for your interest in participating in a focus group to help inform Arbor Health's needs assessment and strategic planning efforts. These in-person groups will consist of 10-15 people and will be led by an outside entity to allow for honest and anonymous input on community needs and recommendations for strategies to address those needs.
On the following pages you will be able to provide your contact information and select the days and times from the proposed schedule that would work for you. We will follow-up with the final details on which group you are assigned to (if you are available for more than one) and provide additional details on the specific location, etc.
