2026-27 HESPA Mentoring Programme - mentor and mentees registration form.

To register for the HESPA Mentoring Scheme, either as a mentor or mentee (or both), please complete this form. Please provide as much information as possible so we can process your request and try to match you with a suitable partner.

The data will be processed by HESPA as the data controller. Your data will be stored for as long as the data has value, with a minimum of 10 years as default. The data may be shared with potential mentoring partners, but will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
