Real Estate Balance NextGen Survey 2025

The NextGen Committee are a group of individuals from Real Estate Balance members in the early stages of their careers who represent the next generation of property professionals and leaders.

Findings from the previous NextGen surveys helped to shape the Committee’s three-pillar strategy:

  • Opening up the industry and tacking barriers to entry
  • Equipping the next generation: building confidence, leadership and opportunity
  • Creating inclusive cultures and tackling inappropriate behaviours

This survey is aimed at people working the UK real estate industry or its associated roles or sectors who are either under 35 or in their first 10 years of their real estate or real estate-related career, and will help to shape the Committee’s plans for their programme of events and activities, in line with these pillars.
