Crewative Arts Expression of Interest Form - 2026

Thanks for showing interest in enrolling your child to Crewative Arts Connect for 2026!

Crewative Arts Connect is a term-based program which operates once a week for our participants during each school term. If your child is selected, your child is required to attend all workshops where possible. Our Tuesday group is for 10–12-year-olds, and Wednesday group is for 13–16-year-olds. There is some flexibility around group ages, if one of these days doesn't work for your child, there is a possibility we can enrol them on the other day.

This program is free and limited to small numbers of participants.
We want to make sure your child gets the most out of our workshops if they are selected.

To ensure we provide a safe and respectful space for Crewative Arts Connect, at Bucaan Community House, we require
cooperation and communication with parents/guardians. We have a duty of care when delivering our program and we want to provide a supportive and safe environment for participants and staff.

Please note that all participants must live in the Glenorchy LGA.

While we'd love to have every child join Crewative Arts Connect, we are limited by resources. We keep all expressions of interests and may contact you in future if your form is not accepted for this term.
