NWT Addictions Recovery Survey

The Government of the Northwest Territories' Department of Health and Social Services is asking individuals (and their families) living with or have lived with addictions, and who have accessed NWT addictions recovery services, for their input on what supports/services are working, what needs to be strengthened, and any barriers or challenges they have/had in accessing services.
 
Results from this survey will help inform the development of a Territorial level report to be used in the continuous quality improvement of the mental wellness and addictions recovery system, including the need for an NWT treatment facility and a Territorial Alcohol Strategy.
